The Guidebook is a compilation of the policies that were adopted by the Residential Mortgage Regulatory Taskforce (RMRT), a group of mortgage regulators from each of the state agencies. The RMRT created the Guidebook to assist licensees and applicants in understanding the policies related to using NMLS.
